When it's turned off or goes to sleep, the other GreenPower outlets switch off, automatically eliminating energy wasted by connected equipment - like your printer, scanner, HDTV or subwoofer - when you're not using them. When your computer or AV receiver is turned back on, the GreenPower outlets automatically power up again.
