Shipping rates: Datavision ships via United Parcel Service and DHL for some International Shipments ( at Datavisions discretion. Shipments made through United Parcel Service (UPS) are guaranteed to arrive by the posted scheduled delivery times of UPS, from the time your package leaves our warehouse (depending on item availability). We're sorry, but shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes via UPS. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may only be shipped by 2nd day or Next Day service only. All orders are shipped using UPS or DHL and are sent fully insured.
Return policy: All products sold are warrantied for 14 days from date of shipment and invoice. Requests for returns for exchange or credit, are to be made within this 14 day period. This warranty is valid only at Datavision Computer Video If you wish to return your online purchase: First, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-212-689-1111 option 3 and then again option 3 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Packages will not be accepted without this RMA number and will be returned to you via the designated carrier. Please make sure you can trace the returned package with a carrier. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us.
Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable for any returns of product to Datavision. The customer is responsible for returning and shipping the merchandise to Datavision. Datavision does not pay for the shipping charges, for returned merchandise, whether it is for return for credit or exchange.
Coupon Codes
Coupon not valid if combined on any exclusive "member" pricing. If coupon is applied on a "member" / "affiliate price, order will be processed as normal, but without the coupon discount. (since the item is already severely discounted)
Consumables and Memory Cards Return policy:
All products falling under consumables including recording tape of any kind, dvd or cd blank recording media, printer ink cartridges are deemed not returnable when package is opened. There are no exceptions. Video graphic cards and Memory cards including Smartmedia, xD Picture card, CompactFlash, notebook or desktop memory modules or any type are not returnable when the package is opened. Software and DVD Movie Return Policy All defective software and DVD movies can be returned to the manufacturer. Unopened software may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of invoice date. Special orders are not returnable or non refundable by nature of their unique status. Television purchases are special orders and can only be canceled prior to shipment of the TV. Customers can not cancel a TV order that is in route. Cancellations of a TV Special Order are to be written by the customer and faxed to Customer Sales at 212-725-7069, and are subject to approval by management. Prior to purchasing a TV, please fax to Datavision Sales at 212-725-7069, a copy of your credit card, front and back, a copy of your Driver's License, and an authorization letter to Datavision allowing the charge to the credit card for this purchase. DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product as is and CAN NOT refute the charges for the purchase from this point forward.
