DataVision’s Service Center is located on the basement level of our SuperStore at 445 Fifth Avenue at 39th Street in Manhattan.
Repairs and diagnostics are conducted in our store as well as onsite. Onsite is defined as your home or workplace. Currently DataVision services the local New York City area.
In-Store Diagnostics
Upon receipt of your computer, a DataVision service technician will need to assess your system. The rates and the turnaround times are noted below. The diagnostics charge will be applied towards the labor portion of your total bill if you decide to complete the repair/service.

*There is not a diagnostics charge for in warranty hardware for systems brought into our retail store. In the event the problem is software related, and the item is in warranty, the charges above will apply.
